Go Deputy two-year-olds entered for G1 contests

Lammerskraal Stud’s successful resident sire Go Deputy has been represented by just four juvenile runners this season, but two of them hold entries in two Grade One races at the end of the month.

Recent winner Flichity By Farr, a smart winner over a mile recently, has been entered in the G1 Thekwini Stakes, while Go Deputy son Full Mast, who made a winning debut over 1400m recently, is an entrant in the G1 Premier’s Champion Stakes.

Both the Thekwini and Premier’s Champion Stakes will be run at Greyville on July 30th.

Go Deputy, whose top-class son Royal Badge holds an entry in the G3 eLan Gold Cup on the same day, has enjoyed another good season thanks to the likes of Royal Badge (G3 Cape Summer Stayers) and Icy Trail (G2 Premier Trophy).

His other notable performers include Triple Crown champion Abashiri and such graded winners as Changingoftheguard, Flying Ice and Pessoa.
